Marita Sohkin - MSc, BSc

Marita specialises in translating the latest nutrition science into practical, personalised guidance. With experience ranging from elite athletes to everyday exercisers, she focuses on improving performance, health, and long-term wellbeing. Her background includes conducting detailed fitness assessments, dietary analysis, and designing fuelling strategies for sports clubs such as Thurrock Rugby and Football Club.

Gareth Bowen - MSc, BSc

SENr, AfN, & ISSN Registered

ISAK Level 1 Certified

With over 30 years in the food industry and a lifelong passion for sport and nutrition, Gareth brings deep practical knowledge and understanding to every client. Based in London, he has worked with athletes at all levels, from beginners to seasoned masters, offering straightforward, realistic support that fits around life and training demands.

Together, Marita and Gareth share a mission to make nutrition accessible, effective, and sustainable, helping people build confidence, strength, and resilience through smarter fuelling.
