Why is there a 3-month minimum?+
Meaningful, lasting change in nutrition and body composition takes time. A 3-month commitment allows us to assess where you are, build a personalised plan, monitor your response, and make the adjustments that actually stick. Most clients see real progress from month one, but the compounding effect of consistency is where the results come from.
Which package is right for me?+
The Foundation package works well if you're new to structured nutrition coaching, or if your goal is to build better everyday habits and make sustainable changes. The Performance package is designed for people who train regularly, compete, or need a higher level of structure, accountability and precision — including mid-month check-ins, ongoing support, and a plan that adapts around your training load.
Are consultations in-person or online?+
Both options are available. We offer in-person consultations in London and fully online sessions for clients across the UK. Online sessions are conducted via video call and deliver the same quality of service and personalisation.
What qualifications do your nutritionists hold?+
Our practitioners are registered with the Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) and the Association for Nutrition (AfN) — the two leading professional bodies for nutrition in the UK. This means your support is grounded in evidence-based practice and held to a rigorous professional standard.
Can I switch packages after I've started?+
Yes. If your goals or circumstances change during your programme, we can discuss moving between packages at the start of a new billing period. Get in touch and we'll find the right setup for where you are.
